Spiral Shape Silicone Breast Forms- Asymmetrical Breast Forms is our most popular CD/TG Breastform. Asymmetrical means that the left and right side each have a unique shape. It has a very natural shape and yet, still fits very comfortably in a bra. It has only a slightly concave back to accept only a flat chest or a very small natural breast. If your natural breast are larger than a B cup you may wish to go with a Breast Form that is more concave than the ASY form. If you are not sure which form is best for your situation, please feel free to contact customer service for help. This form is sold with an adhesive back that will continue to work for many wearing's. We don't generally recommend using this product without a bra (to avoid an embarrassing situation). However, many of our customers tell us they do wear this form without a bra and have great results.
